Drive south from Darwin on the Stuart Highway, then onto the Arnhem Highway (Route 36) and Kakadu Highway to Cooinda Lodge. Free parking is available.

A complimentary shuttle bus transports cruise ticket holders from Cooinda Lodge to the Yellow Water Billabong boarding area. The shuttle stop is located opposite the lodge's reception area.
