City buses (5, 6, 12, 16E) stop near the cable car at Haukeland Sjukehus Nord and Montana. From the stops, it's a short walk to the Ulriksbanen cable car entrance.

The Ulriken Express Bus operates seasonally (April 1st - October 15th) from Torgallmenningen 1A, near the Tourist Information office, to the cable car station.

Parking is extremely limited at the cable car. The recommended parking is at Haukeland Hospital garage, a 5-10 minute walk away.
Walking
Walking to the cable car station takes approximately 45-60 minutes from the city center. Hiking trails also lead to the summit, including the Oppstemten trail.
