Public bus line 743 operates between Svolvær (stops: Svolvær sentrum Lofotgata, Svolvær ferjekai E10) and Henningsvær (Henningsvær sentrum), approximately a 30-40 minute ride.

During the festival, a dedicated Trevarefest-bussen provides transport from Svolvær and Kabelvåg directly to the festival site at Trevarefabrikken and the campsite at Festvåg.

Taxis are available from Svolvær and surrounding areas. A taxi ride from Svolvær to Henningsvær takes about 25 minutes. Bookings can be made using the local taxi number for the Svolvær area.
Car
Driving to Henningsvær involves following the E10 highway and then County Road 816 (Henningsværveien). Parking in Henningsvær is limited, so use public parking lots at the entrance.
Ferry
Ferry services are available to reach the Lofoten Islands. The main car ferry service operates between Bodø and Moskenes. There is also a summer ferry connecting Skutvik to Svolvær.
Walking
Henningsvær is best explored on foot. Walking is the primary means of getting around the village, including reaching the Trevarefabrikken festival venue.
