Walking to the park is a pleasant option, especially from central Oslo. From Oslo Central Station, it's approximately a 1.6 km walk, taking about 18 minutes.

Reaching Sofienberg Park by car is straightforward, but parking can be challenging. Street parking is available, and there are some parking garages, such as Sofienberggata 39 P-hus.
