How to get there

Bus

Local buses, such as line 362, serve areas around Bergsbotn and Tungeneset. Bus line 100 from Tromsø's Prostneset terminal to Buktamoen, then line 110 to Finnsnes. The Arctic Route or Senja Direct tourist bus also operates.

Car
Recommended
Driving is the most flexible option. Take the E8 and E6 south from Tromsø, then Fv855 to Finnsnes, or take the ferry from Brensholmen to Botnhamn. Parking is available at viewpoints like Bergsbotn and Tungeneset.

An express passenger ferry operates between Tromsø's Prostneset terminal and Finnsnes. From Finnsnes, connect to local buses. A car ferry also operates from Brensholmen to Botnhamn.
