Drive the E10 highway to Fredvang, then Fv808 to parking areas. Paid parking is available at Fredvang School, Innersand Parking, and some local farms.

The final approach to Kvalvika Beach involves hiking from the parking areas. Trails vary in length and difficulty, with the classic route from Torsfjord being approximately 2 km.

Bus lines 300 and 771 service the area, with stops at Fredvang Nord or Fredvang Kryss on the E10. A significant walk of 3-5.5 km is required to reach the trailheads.
