Direct bus services are available from Yokohama Station East Exit (YCAT) and the Minato Mirai area via Keikyu Limousine Bus, or from Seibu-Yagisawa Station, Kichijoji Station, and Takaido Station on weekends and holidays.

The Seaside Line provides direct access to Hakkeijima Station from Shin-Sugita Station (JR Negishi Line) or Kanazawa-Hakkei Station (Keikyu Main Line).
Boat
The park operates a sightseeing pleasure boat, the Paradise Cruise, which circles the island, and a smaller Sea Boat attraction for leisurely rides within the bay area.
Car
Private vehicles can access the park via the Shuto Expressway Wangan Route (Sachiura Exit) or Yokohama Yokosuka Road (Namiki Interchange), with parking available in designated lots.
Taxi
Taxis can drop passengers near the entrance. A ride from the Port of Yokohama or Yokohama Station takes approximately 18 minutes.
Walking
After arriving at Hakkeijima Station, visitors walk across a bridge to enter the park. The island itself is pedestrian-friendly.
