The FjordSauna is a 5-minute walk from Flåm Station and the village center, following signs along the wooden dock towards Flåm Marina & Apartments to find the sauna at Piers 10 and 11.

Local fjord cruises and ferries connect Flåm with neighboring villages.

Bus services, such as Vy and Nor-Way Bussekspress, connect to Flåm from Oslo and Bergen. The bus stop is located at Flåm Station.
